Having a baby opens up a whole world that you were previously unaware of. Who knew there was so much going on in and around Winchester for parents and their little ones? When Elsie was 8 months old, we started sessions with Michele who runs Music with Mummy. Elsie thoroughly enjoyed the Jolly Babies sessions and I loved watching the amazing experiences that were being shared between parents or grandparents and babies. I was desperate to help capture some of those precious, relaxed, intimate family moments. The growth and development of a child and the bond they have with their parent is one builds over time. Every day they learn something new, a reaction, a facial expression there is so much going on in their little worlds. I was therefore delighted when I was invited along to four of the Music with Mummy sessions to capture these honest, pure, moments. It was an honour to work with such delightful people and I was incredibly pleased with the results. The images demonstrated the bond between participants, the enjoyment everyone received from the class, and I was particularly proud of capturing some first steps!
